I had to go into the IGN Theatre, where
The Avengers panel was held, about three hours before the actual event. I had to sit through
Nikita panel (meh), Sony presentation (which had a trailer for the Total Recall reboot and the new Ghost Rider), and
The Walking Dead (very bad ass). After the jump is a professional video of the panel (via
bkbntv) and some photos I shot.
Words cannot describe the bonus footage, so I will just wait till it goes online and post it on here(or you can read about it somewhere else). But it looked great. Even though The Dark Knight Rises will cast a large shadow on 2012 summer movie blockbusters, from what I took away from this panel, Whedon's consistent success history and have seen so far, The Avengers will do really well.
